Grivel’s North Machine Ice Axe is a fantastic lightweight option for both technical climbs and walking.

The chromoly steel shaft is light and strong, while the 3mm hot-forged ice pick with side grooves gives a strong grip.

The large eye in the axe head is ideal for hooking the tool onto a carabiner to keep it safe.
